Zirconia
Explore our dental CAD/CAM zirconia discs: 4D Pro, 3D Plus, HTPLUS and Monolayer SPC. Choose according to the restoration, shade and thickness required.
Before ordering, check the disc format, milling-machine compatibility and technical instructions. Available shades and thicknesses are listed on each product page.
Which zirconia should you choose for your laboratory?
Start with the prosthetic indication, then compare the strength and translucency of the different references.
4D Pro zirconia – aesthetic multilayer
Denturaix 4D Pro combines aesthetics, progressive shade transitions and mechanical performance. It is suited to single-unit restorations, crowns, bridges and work requiring a natural appearance, including extensive restorations.
3D Plus zirconia – multilayer
3D Plus discs have a multilayer structure with a progressive transition between restoration zones. Consult the product page to choose shade and thickness. Suitable applications include anterior and posterior restorations, crowns and bridges.
HTPLUS zirconia – high translucency
HTPLUS combines mechanical strength and translucency. Supplied in white, it allows flexibility in colouring and finishing. Intended for crowns, bridges and restorations requiring highly translucent zirconia.
Monolayer SPC zirconia
Monolayer SPC is a CAD/CAM solution for routine laboratory work. Check the indications and processing parameters in its technical instructions.
Zirconia discs for CAD/CAM workflows
Denturaix zirconia discs fit digital laboratory workflows: CAD design, milling, sintering and finishing. Depending on the range, different shades and thicknesses allow adaptation to the restoration. Denturaix supports dental laboratories in France with professional CAD/CAM materials, stock available in France and a range dedicated to digital production.
Monolayer, multilayer or high translucency?
Monolayer zirconia is generally chosen when strength is the main criterion. Multilayer zirconia provides a more natural transition between cervical and incisal areas for aesthetic restorations. High-translucency zirconia is an option when a bright, natural appearance is sought. If unsure, consult our guide to choosing a zirconia disc for a dental laboratory or contact Denturaix.
Comparing Denturaix zirconia discs
4D Pro: multilayer zirconia, with VITA shade and thickness selected on the product page. 3D Plus: multilayer zirconia, with VITA shade and thickness selection. HTPLUS: white high-translucency zirconia, with thickness selection. Monolayer SPC: single-layer zirconia, with shade and thickness depending on available references. Check equipment compatibility and technical instructions; variants and availability appear on each product page.
Frequently asked questions
How do I choose a zirconia disc? Compare the indication, shade, thickness and compatibility with your CAD/CAM system. Our zirconia selection guide helps you prepare your choice.
Where do I select shade and thickness? Select them directly on the product page. Options vary by range.
Which reference is white? HTPLUS is supplied in white. Check its product page for available thicknesses.
Are discs compatible with every milling machine? Check each reference’s disc format, mounting system and your equipment manufacturer’s parameters. Contact Denturaix before ordering if unsure.
Which sintering cycle should I use? Use the cycle in the chosen reference’s technical instructions and check furnace compatibility. Do not automatically use one range’s cycle for another.
